Refund & Cancellation for Service-Based Orders

For services offered by GameZenia, due to their digital/service-based nature, NO REFUND and NO CANCELLATION will be entertained once the payment has been made.

Cancellation Policy

• Customers can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. Once processed after 24 hours, no cancellation requests will be accepted. However, returns are possible for eligible products.

• Customers can cancel an order only before it has been shipped/dispatched. After the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, returns are still available as per our Return Policy.
  
  

Shipping & Delivery Policy

GameZenia ships products across most parts of India.

• Orders placed are usually shipped within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and National Holidays).
  
  

• For areas covered by reputed courier services, delivery time is usually 3–4 business days.
  
  

• For remote or non-standard locations, delivery may take 7–10 business days, depending on courier availability.
  
  

Please note:

• There might be unexpected delays in delivery due to unforeseen logistics challenges beyond our control. In such cases, GameZenia will not be liable but will strive to resolve the issue promptly.
  
  

• GameZenia reserves the right to cancel an order at its sole discretion if delivery takes unusually long or if the shipment becomes untraceable. In such cases, a full refund will be processed to your source account.
